Jessica Kleinertz

Regional Director

Jessica is originally from the great state of New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Monmouth University. After traveling and living in multiple states across the country, she has now made the Sunshine State of Florida her permanent home.

Before joining the Skipton team, Jessica began her career as a paralegal, gaining experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the insurance industry following her 2016 college graduation. Eager for new challenges, she transitioned into the adjusting field in 2021.

As our main east coast adjuster for the past three years, Jessica specializes in catastrophic water and hurricane damage affecting commercial, residential, and HOA properties. Majority of her experience comes from handling windstorm and flood claims resulting from major events, including the most recent hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton.

With her legal background and strong east coast mentality, Jessica has become a fierce advocate for policyholders, and is committed to guiding them through times of loss and uncertainty.
